AWARDS
Each year the Dolphin Theatre appoints three adjudicators who cannot be
involved with any production that year. Their task (most enjoyable) is to see at
least one performance of each show, and then get together at the end of the year
to decide on the award winners for that year. The Annual Award Cups that are
presented evolved over time, consequently the earlier years do not have the full
range that is now present.
Apart from our Annual Awards, we also occasionally award Service Medals or
Life Membership to members who have, in the opinion of the Committee, had many
years of dedication to our theatre group. These can be seen below.
