MIXED COUPLES
By James Prideaux
8th March to 29th March 2003
SYNOPSIS
It is 1927. At a small suburban airport a married couple await their fog-delayed flight on a four-seater. When the
other two passengers arrive the four realize that they were once each married to the other and haven't met in 25 years.
As time hangs heavy, the conversation turns funnier and bitchier, the bootleg liquor flows and old jealousies are revived.
Barry Spring directs this Broadway hit of which the New York Times said "A bitter sweet romantic comedy with razzle
dazzle roles."
